Rami Levy to offer int’l calls
Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Rami Levy Communications Ltd. is expanding its services to include international calls, by jointly acquiring, with NGN Holdings Ltd., Hilat The Israel Communication Company Ltd., which operates as 015 Hallo, and which has been in financial difficulties.
Citi: new mobile carriers growing faster than expected
New mobile carriers Golan Telecom Ltd. and HOT Mobile Ltd. are growing faster than initially expected in the two months since their launch, says Citi Research, in explaining the reaction of the current carriers,. Citi analyst Michael Klahr says that HOT Telecom has picked up 90,000 subscribers and Golan Telecom has picked up 30,000 subscribers, for a joint market share of 1.3%.
Pelephone offers NIS 99 monthly unlimited calls – for one year
Pelephone Communications Ltd., the mobile arm of Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), is matching its new rivals with the launch of a new unlimited plan at NIS 99 per month. The plan includes unlimited calls and SMS, and up to 1 giga Internet access. After one year, the price of the plan will rise to NIS 119 per month.
Dov Moran slams Bezeq
