The Antitrust Authority today halted the marketing of a triple-play plan by Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ). As “Globes” reported, a few hours after the Antitrust Authority learned that the Ministry of Communications had allowed Bezeq to market the triple-play plan through its subsidiary DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd.(YES), the Antitrust Authority ordered the step to be delayed.
Bezeq Q3 profit down 38%
Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) today reported a 14.5% drop in its revenue to NIS 2.49 billion for the third quarter of 2012 from NIS 2.92 billion for the corresponding quarter of 2011. Net profit fell 38% from NIS 550 million to NIS 342 million .
