Ilan Ben-Dov today sold shares in Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq:PTNR; TASE: PTNR) for NIS 63.2 million.

The sale of two million Partner shares at NIS 31.60 per share was by Scailex Corporation (TASE: SCIX; Pink Sheets:SCIXF), which Ben-Dov controls through Suny Electronics Ltd. (TASE: SUNY). Following the sale, Scailex owns 14.4% of Partner. The combined stake with Suny amounts to 15.83%. Scailex will report an accounting gain of NIS 23.6 million on the sale in its financial report for the fourth quarter.

Scailex will transfer NIS 54.8 million of the proceeds to a trust account for its Series B bondholders.
